Japan is renowned for being one of the safest countries in the world for tourists. Crime rates are generally low, and you can often feel comfortable walking around even at night in most areas. However, it’s always wise to take standard safety precautions and be aware of your surroundings. 

This itinerary typically includes breakfast at the hotels. Other meals are generally not included to allow you the flexibility to explore the diverse culinary scenes of each city at your own pace and budget. Your guide can offer recommendations for local restaurants and specialties.

Pack comfortable walking shoes, as you’ll be doing a lot of sightseeing. Depending on the season, bring appropriate clothing (layers are advisable). An umbrella or raincoat is useful year-round. Don’t forget any necessary medications, personal toiletries, and electronics adapters.

However, some walking is involved, and certain areas might have steps or uneven surfaces. We can discuss options for a slower pace or alternative arrangements if needed.

The itinerary includes a private transfer from Kansai International Airport to your Osaka hotel, a scenic bullet train ride from Kyoto to Hakone, and a private transfer from your Hakone hotel to your Tokyo hotel, as well as a private transfer to Narita or Haneda Airport for your departure.
